Terms of Use
The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) set out the terms on which SELO+ (”SELO+” or "we") will provide SELO+ software and services on the SELO+ application(BuzzBit), SELO+ website, and other SELO+ controlled or operated applications and through SELO+'s mobile device applications (collectively, the "Service" or "Services") to you, a user of the Service ("You" or "User").
By providing Your email address and creating an account as a User of the Service, or by otherwise using the Service, You agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement, which we may change at any time by posting notice on the Service. PLEASE READ THIS TERM CAREFULLY, AND PLEASE CHECK THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PERIODICALLY FOR CHANGES. If You do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Service.
About the Services
The Services provides content and information about SELO+ and about the SELO+ mobile application (the “App”) that allows users to conveniently and securely access, send and receive cryptocurrencies, tokens and digital assets, as well as interacting with certain third party services, decentralized applications and platforms (they will all be referred to as “Third Party Services”). It also provides information regarding the Company.
Registration
If You register as a User, You represent and warrant to SELO+ that: (i) You will provide SELO+ with accurate, current and complete registration information; and (ii) Your registration and Your use of the Service is not prohibited by law. SELO+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your registration, or Your access to this Service, with or without notice to You, in the event that You breach any term of this Agreement.
Sponsored Services, Links
The Services may contain links to content published on other platforms provided by third parties, We may also cooperate with third party providers to offer you sponsored Third Party services through the Services. These may include, for example, Decentralized applications (dapps) (“Sponsored Services”), and receive a fee when you access or use the Sponsored Services through our links.
We do not operate or monitor these platforms, their content, the Third Party Services and the Sponsored Services. You may find these platforms, the Third Party Services, the Sponsored Services or the information and content contained within them objectionable or not compatible with your requirements.
We do not endorse, control or take responsibility for the linked platforms, the Third Party Services, the Sponsored Services, their content, attributes, privacy practices, terms of use or any other aspect of their operation. We therefore assume no responsibility for any outcome of their use.
Use of linked platforms, Third Party Services and Sponsored Services is governed by their respective terms of service, not by our Agreement. When you use or access linked platforms, Third Party Services or Sponsored Services, you bear the sole and exclusive responsibility for accepting and complying with their respective terms of service, fees and charges.
Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights associated with the Services, including copyrights, patents, data, images, marks, logos, compilations (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly of information), data, other content, software and materials displayed on the Service, and any other right, are the sole property of SELO+ or its third-party licensors. These rights apply, among others, to information, articles, images, content, graphic design, data and its processing, the Services’ “look and feel”, computer code and any other detail concerning its operation.
You are not allowed to copy, duplicate, distribute, sell, make available, market and translate any information, including trademarks, images, pictures, texts and computer code from the Services, without SELO+’s explicit prior and written consent.
Trademarks featured on the Services (whether registered or not) are the sole property of SELO+ and/or its third-party licensors. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Acceptable Use of the Services
When using the Services, you must refrain from –

Breaching this Agreement or any other applicable rules and instructions that we may provide;Interfering with, burdening or disrupting the functionality of the Services.

Breaching the security of the Services or identifying any security vulnerabilities in it. Circumventing or manipulating the operation, or functionality of the Services, or attempting to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled, inaccessible or undocumented on the Services.

Using or launching any automated system to collect and compile content from the Services.

Displaying the Services or any part thereof in an exposed or concealed frame, or linking to elements or portions of the Services; Displaying content from the Services in any way; which may alter the content or its design.

Accessing or using the Services in order to develop or create a similar or competitive app, product or service.

Impersonating any person or entity, or making any false statement pertaining to your identity, employment, agency or affiliation with any person or entity.

Collecting, harvesting, obtaining or processing personal information of or about other users of the Services.

Linking to the Services from web/app pages that contain pornographic content or content that is unlawful or encourages prohibited activity such as racism or wrongful discrimination.

Engaging in any activity that constitutes a criminal offense or gives rise to civil liability or violating any applicable law.
WE MAY EMPLOY TECHNOLOGICAL MEASURES TO DETECT AND PREVENT FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE USE OF THE SERVICES.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Our privacy policy is available here, which is hereby incorporated by reference to and form an integral part of this Agreement. Privacy Policy
Changes and Availability
From time to time, we may change the Services’ structure, layout, design or display, as well as the scope and availability of the information and content therein, without prior notice. Changes of this type by their very nature may cause temporary glitches or inconvenience of some kind.
YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY WITH RESPECT TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF SUCH CHANGES OR FROM ANY FAILURES ATTRIBUTABLE TO YOU THAT MAY RESULT THEREFROM.
The availability, quality and functionality of the Services depends on various factors, including communication networks, and the quality of network connectivity, which are provided by third parties, at their responsibility. These factors are not fault-free.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL OPERATE WITHOUT DISRUPTION, ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS, OR THAT IT WILL BE ACCESSIBLE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES OR IMMUNE FROM ERRORS, GLITCHES OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS.
Age Restriction and Eligibility
If you are under the age of 18, you may not use the Services in any way. By using or accessing the Services, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older.
Disclaimer of Warranty
WE DO NOT ACT AS A REPRESENTATIVE FOR YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY IN ANY TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD PARTY. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE INDIVIDUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A PARTICULAR SERVICE, OUR ACTIONS SHALL NOT BE DEEMED AS ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE THIRD PARTY OR YOU.
IN CASES WHERE WE MAKE A THIRD PARTY'S SERVICE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE APP, IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THE THIRD PARTY IS THE PRIMARY ENTITY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE SERVICE. WE MERELY PROVIDE A TOOL FOR THE DELIVERY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE THIRD PARTY TO YOU. THE USAGE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES IS CONTINGENT UPON YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE RELEVANT ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS THROUGH THE APP.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE EXISTENCE OR AUTHENTICITY OF YOUR OR ANY THIRD PARTY'S INTENTION TO ENGAGE IN BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS, NOR DOES IT WARRANT THE QUALITY, COMPLETENESS, SAFETY, LEGALITY, TRUTHFULNESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF RIGHTS REGARDING GOODS PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES. WE ALSO DO NOT GUARANTEE THE TRUTHFULNESS OR LEGALITY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES AND MEMBERS IN RELATION TO THE EXCHANGED INFORMATION THROUGH THE SERVICE. UNLESS WE ARE AT FAULT, ANY ASSOCIATED RISKS IN THESE MATTERS SHALL BE BORNE BY YOU AND THE THIRD PARTY INVOLVED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SELO+, ITS EMPLOYEES, OR ANYONE ON ITS BEHALF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY CONDITIONS BEYOND THOSE EXPLICITLY STATED IN THESE AGREEMENTS. THIS INCLUDES ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE CONTENT, SPECIFIC FEATURES, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SELO+ SERVICES, AS WE OFFER THESE SERVICES "AS IS."
Changes to the Agreement
From time to time, SELO+ may change these Agreements, the way you use each SELO+ Service, and the applicable guides and notices, including to reflect changes in the law or the Services. Changes will take effect 7 days after their initial posting on the Services.
